Before joining Constellation, Mandy was an Executive Search Principal with Roo Partners where she placed top leaders for private equity and venture capital organizations. In 2021, Mandy was the Practice Director at Diversant LLC and achieved "Rising Star" recognition within her first 6 months. She later achieved the company’s first “Platinum Star” award in Direct Hire sales as the top performer, while guiding her team at 240% to goal. Before Diversant, Mandy was a Division Director at Robert Half Technology and an accomplished member of their “Million Dollar Milestone Club.” Preceding her recruiting career, Mandy excelled as a Professional Fast Pitch Softball Player, playing both nationally & internationally after a successful D1 college experience.
Mandy earned a Bachelor of Corporate Communications degree with a Business minor from The University of Texas at Austin. Mandy lives in Dallas, TX with her husband, two sons, and their Golden Retriever. After her daily gym session, Mandy keeps busy with other activities, like dancing, playing catch, or personal time with friends.
