Courtney Feltman is a Managing Partner at Constellation Search Group. Bringing almost a decade worth of IT direct hire, staff augmentation, and enterprise sales experience. Courtney has placed over 300 IT Professionals nationally and has built successful sales and recruiting teams from the ground up.
Prior to joining Constellation Search Group, Courtney spent 7 years with Modis/Parker Lynch, where she started as a branch specialist and quickly climbed the ranks from recruiter, business developer, to division director leading teams in Virginia and Maryland. During the pandemic Courtney and her team were consistently in the top 3 performers nationally and continued to have YoY growth. After having her first child she was ready to take on a new challenge and joined the Revolent Group where she served as Vice President of the AWS practice and gained extensive enterprise level sales experience within the recruit, train, deploy model. After the opportunity to work in RTD models it led her back to her true passion direct hire staffing where she joined Diversant as a Direct Hire Practice Director.
Courtney lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, two children, cat and dog. She loves to travel, paddle board, cook, and eat
