Constellation Search Group is looking for a Sr. Project Manager for a full-tie contract to hire opportunity.
 
Responsibilities:  
This role will focus on managing strategic projects, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to implement structured change management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth
Experience: 
 
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of project initiatives to achieve business goals.
 
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and progress tracking to ensure on-time and within-scope completion.
 
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and address risks proactively.
 
Apply change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
 
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for successful transformation.
 
Monitor financial forecasts and track expenditures to maintain alignment with business case expectations.
 
Identify and mitigate risks, developing and executing recovery plans when necessary.
Qualifications/Skills:  
 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
 
At least 5 years of project/program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
 
Prosci certification or strong understanding 
 
PMP Certification or Agile project management experience.
 
Experience in post-acquisition integration and working in Agile environments.
 
Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive transformation.
 
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
