Job Description
Constellation Search Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a direct hire position. The HR Manager is responsible for the administration of human resources policies, programs, and initiatives. In addition to an emphasis on talent acquisition, the HR Manager's responsibilities include employee experience and engagement, compliance, HRIS administration, leave of absence management, and safety and workers' compensation claim management. Responsibilities span 2 locations: Duluth, GA and Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to implement strategies that enhance workforce engagement and employee experience
- Interpret HR policies, deliver services, and ensure consistent application across organization
- Manage workers' compensation and leave processes in coordination with outsourced vendors and internal systems
- Stay current on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, advising management as needed
- Serve as a liaison between employees and HR centers of excellence
- Champion an inclusive and positive culture where top performance is recognized and rewarded
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Work with employees and managers to resolve employee relations and performance issues, provide coaching on performance management and talent development
- Advocate for employees while balancing compliance with labor standards, company policies and business goals
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of employees and organizational data in HR systems
- Lead and ensure compliance throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting and talent strategies
- Maintain high standards to ensure compliance and deliver positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Build a strong understanding of business goals and talent profiles to meet hiring demands effectively
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
- At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments
- Strong knowledge of federal and local employment laws and compliance requirements
- Strong expertise in employee relations, problem-solving, and talent acquisition
- Experienced in identifying talent needs and implementing successful recruitment strategies
- Skilled in leveraging diverse sourcing tools and methods to attract top candidates
- Proficient with HR systems and applicant tracking platforms
- Ability to travel quarterly to Phoenix, AZ
