Constellation Search Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager for a full-time direct hire leadership position. The Senior FP&A Manager will have a key role in helping to power the company's continued success. The Senior FP&A Manager will be the first corporate finance team member which includes front line access to senior leaders at the organization. Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and strategic finance efforts by providing analytical insights to guide business decisions.
- Lead mission-critical FP&A and strategic finance initiatives to drive double-digit revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Finance, executives and department heads, leading the creation of financial and data analyses with impactful insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial and operating models that are used for core analytical processes and strategic and operational decision-making.
- Track, analyze, and forecast key business/financial KPIs with aim of uncovering trends and assessing current/future business risks and opportunities.
- Help lead the quarterly financial forecast and budget planning process.
- Partner with our corporate data team to identify and drive initiatives to continuously.
Experience: - Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, financial reporting, and quantitative analysis
Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A or strategic finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Driven self-starter with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving these to a successful conclusion.
- Executive maturity, including strong written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Humble, low ego, easy to work with, and possesses growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
