Constellation search Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee and coordinate our reduction, fabrication and machine shops. This role is critical in ensuring seamless production workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting delivery timelines. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (welding, cutting, forming, CNC machining) and fitting techniques. Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory control. The Senior Investment Accountant is responsible for working across certain disciplines within the Investment Accounting Department. The Senior Investment Accountant will perform and assist in leading critical investment reporting functions, department initiatives, and analytical support for portfolio managers. Constellation Search Group is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer working directly for a global manufacturer of engineered Sealing Connection Tools for production testing, fluid transfer and other processing applications. This rapidly growing company has manufacturing facilities in Roseville, Minnesota and Shenzhen, China. In this role you will provide mature engineering level capabilities and execute on product development for new and custom products. Works from business case and new product request information to develop products. An interest or experience in managing others is desired.Responsibilities: Mechanical Design Engineering: Develop new products from a supplied Business Case and New Product Request Information. (i.e., Create Concepts, develop into product and guide through to full production and support). Create, research, design and develop new specialty connector component products or assemblies at an expertise Engineering level. Calculating FEA, DOE, leading DFMEA, etc. Process designs including detailing prints, procurement of prototypes, and all documentation.
