The Vice President of Implementation provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across the implementation portfolio. They are responsible for scaling delivery capabilities, ensuring consistent execution, and aligning implementation efforts with enterprise-wide priorities. The VP leads a cross-functional team, drives process standardization, and serves as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Client Services. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in tribal and federal Indian law with 3-5 years of experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with exposure to key legal matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Provide counsel and legal services to new and existing clients, representing them professionally and expediently. Participate in business development functions such as conferences and seminars to maintain and build client relationships and expand business opportunities. Apply knowledge of legal procedures and past cases to effectively counsel clients. Conduct legal research by preparing legal memoranda and necessary pleadings for tribal, federal, and state litigation matters. Appear at hearings and trials, including those in tribal courts. Draft agreements and analyze legal documents. Comply with all court, state bar, and inter-office policies and procedures. Handle substantial work for tribal clients in areas such as education, housing, tax, and general tribal legal counsel services. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the bar of CO, DC, or other state jurisdiction. Each role plays a critical part in the supply chain community, focusing on building trust, nurturing relationships, and fostering teamwork across the organization. As the Manager, Global Sourcing grows within the role, they will have increasing opportunities to mentor and guide others, ensuring alignment with the organization's shared vision for success. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL.Responsibilities: Work collaboratively as part of a virtual global team to enhance business results and share best practices across geographic and organizational boundaries. Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to achieve cost savings, drive innovation, and enhance supplier value. Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance standards are met and foster long-term partnerships. Drive negotiations for high-value contracts with a focus on cost optimization, quality, delivery performance, and risk management. Strong knowledge of the supply chain, including sourcing and procurement, demand/supply planning, inventory deployment, and logistics and fulfillment. Deep understanding of relevant manufacturing processes, especially in the areas of contract manufacturing. Experience conducting business in foreign countries and starting new, international supply chains. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex supplier contracts and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Ability to manage a multifunctional supply base focused on leveraging scale through efficient processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvements.
