Constellation Search Group is looking for a Controller for a full-time direct hire opportunity. Your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with accurately and consistently completing the accounting functions for the assigned project. This position will be located on the jobsite in Wauwatosa, WI.Responsibilities: Direct and oversee daily operations of the Accounting Department, including supervision of 2 Accountants, 1 Payroll Specialist, and 1 Accounts Payable Specialist. Serve as an individual contributor for month-end close, ensuring timely completion within a 7-day close period. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Identify, lead, and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems, especially during the first six months. Assist CFO with financial analysis, budgeting, and special projects. Oversee annual audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting team members. Support the transition of the department toward enhanced FP&A capabilities. Utilize SAGE accounting software and advanced Excel functions (including complex formulas and macros) for financial reporting and analysis. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred. CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam required. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred. At least 4 years of prior supervisory experience preferred. As a part of this team, you will develop innovative products that sustain and improve the lives of patients around the world. Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Constellation Search Group is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer for a full-time direct hire position. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will assist in the design of world-class, engine management systems for major OEMs around the world. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will be the Technical Lead for new product development of mechanical and electro-mechanical products, which includes driving and supporting the team through a phase gate product development process. Position in onsite 5 days a week and relocation assistance is available for those willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities Lead design analysis (FEA, CFD), design reviews, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, and DFM reviews. Act as product expert, working closely with internal cross functional team (supply chain, manufacturing engineering, sales, and quality) to develop new and support existing products. Interact externally with both customers and suppliers on technical topics. Work closely with Program Manager to estimate product cost and development timeline. Develop and write design validation test specifications, working closely with the test lab to make sure products are properly validated. Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters to assist in developing a strong, consistent engineering organization.Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field MS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). A "retained search" involves a recruitment fee being paid on the front end to work exclusively on a client's hiring needs while a "contingent search" means the recruiting firm gets compensated when they successfully place a candidate.
A standard guarantee in retained search is anywhere from 3-6 months depending on the seniority of the hire. A standard guarantee for contingent search is 60-90 days dependent on seniority of hire.
